✅ Non-Refundable Items

All purchases of gold, silver, platinum, palladium, rhodium, and rare coins are non-refundable and non-returnable. This is standard industry practice to protect both parties from market manipulation or rapid price fluctuations.

🚚 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To initiate a review:

• Email support@metalbullion.store

• Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging

If approved, we will:

• Replace the item (if available), or

• Issue a store credit or partial refund at our discretion

All gift card sales are final and non-refundable. Please double-check recipient details before completing the transaction.

📦 Shipping & Handling

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where we are at fault (damaged goods or incorrect items sent).
